I am using Aircel 3G Pocket Internet Smart.
Pack cost is Rs. 128/-
In that package they specified like that after 3.6 Mbps with 500 MB the speed will reduced to 128 Kbps.
But the speed of browsing is reduced to 32 Kbps.
