CHEATING BY MOBIKWIK

I recharged my Reliance GSM mobile No.7303883418 on 30 Nov 14 at around 6.10 PM with an amount of Rs.101/- through Mobikwik.The message which I got from the operator was ”Sorry your request could not be processed,please try again later” but the Mobikwik transaction showed ”Recharge Successful”.I raised the complaint to mobikwik through ticket number #1632106.I was given a 24 hour time but when no action was taken I again sent them a reminder through ticket No.#1639568 on 2014-12-02 14:15:35.0.Still there was no reply from them for next 24 hours so I sent them one more reminder through ticket No #1647325 on 2014-12-03 17:13:07.0.The reply which they sent to my first Ticket No #1632106 today at 2.59 PM was that the recharge has been successful from our part and gave a reference ID so that I check it with the operator side but I have cleared it with the operator beforehand that this recharge value is not need for Reliance Mumbai circle so there is no question of this recharge being successful.
These issues has happened before also with me but Mobikwik has never been so late in resolving these issues.Dont know why they are Non committal and non serious to resolve this problem.
