I am Arvind Mishra, Living in Bhopal, for Some official work i came in Ludhiana, here i am purchase a TATA INDICOM SIM Moblie no is 8699398881. I have recharge this account with 26 RS/- Special voucher and confirm to customer care that my service is start or not and they confirm me that service has been activated on your no.and when i asked for GPRS setting to Customer care office, he didn’t able to provide the setting on till date, i am very much up sade of TATA INDICOM services, i want written clarification from TATA Indicom that what is the service level of the company, I am also communicate in Mail also, after so many communication they also unable to rectify my problem.
I need justification and claim also….
