I ordered one Buffalo 1TB MiniStation Stealth USB 3.0 External Portable Hard Drive on 4-8-2012. The order has been accepted wide no. 3001341711. The order status has been send to me was “FIRSTFLIGHT-MUMBAI Express AWB No.:B11422139” I waited and checked this AWB on Firstflight, but didn’t find track and than I reported the matter to indiatimes. They said your order has been canceled because product was out of stock. I said the order has been accepted money has been charged even AWB no has been given and now this excuse. Than after the came with new excuse your order has been canceled because of non delivery. I said pl send me record where your courier partner said product can’t be delivered at my address. In fact I was on tracking, their was no such AWB exists on Firstflight.
After I purse the case they came with new excuse your order has been canceled because of pricing issue and we has reserved right to cancel any order.
Till now indiatimes does not bother to respond to my repeated mails and messages.
India times accepted the order and taken money to supply the product on agreed price. Its duty of the indiatimes to supply product on agreed price that was on 4-8-2012. Even simple street seller do this fair business practice. But now indiatimes it self taken all decision take order and cancel order at the cost of customer faith. The customer has no right to say, its the discretion of indiatimes to cancel any order.
What I feel is indiatimes has all the cheating rights to customers, accept order, cancel order, use money of customer, if find customer some what vigilant and have strength to fight with big than supply product and otherwise no need to supply any product just use customers money.
