Dear Sir
I have ordered to snapdeal.com foe a Dell Laptop Model- Dell Vostro 1450 with 2nd Gen.Processor. & with one year warranty.
But the Company has been supplied low config Laptop i.e.Dell Vostro 1440 with ist Gen.Processor.
A also logged a call at their given no.9212692126 & i have a complaint no. also i.e.813729 dt 26.7.2012.I also send the Pictures of the product as required by them ,but till the date there is no response from the company side .Now i am feeling cheated by a reputed company like snapdeal.
Kindly do the needful.
