Hi,
I requested for a tikona broadband connection, a month and a half back and got it within two days, though the feasibility was low, I was told the connection is good, however the very next day when I started using I could not connect itself, hence I had placed a cancellation and refund request immidiately on 13th June 2013 and have been following up with thier customer care, I have also taken few executives names like Dhiraj Gupta and Nabitha who have promised me that am getting back my whole money ie. 2600rs and they have released the cheque, till date I have not got it and have no hopes that I will get it too, is it so easy for any fraudulent company like this to cheat so many customers and get away with it so easily, this is very scary development that there is no authority to look into these kind of cheatings, please somebody guide me how to fight this, so that they do not make a habit of cheating, my cancellation req no. 1-2703559609 cheque release confirmation is 1-2733975485 by a executive called Nabhitha.
