Hi,My telephone operator is Reliance.They have been charging me for the internet service that I never applied for since last two month.
last month I made a complaint as soon as I received a bill from them but they did not help me with that and barred my services though I had done part payment and was waiting for solution from their side.But it’s sad that I had to make a payment to activate my services.This time again they have charged me for the same service..In spite of making so many complaints no action is been taken by them.neother they are ready to look into complain and always reply that services have been used my me.I am a subscriber,its only me who would know whether services have been used by me ir not.Tbey are simply cheating their consumers by charging wrong amounts.pls help.pls contact me on [email protected]
