Cheating in Billing
Location/place: Ernakulam /Cochin /Kerala
Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO
I Activated my 3g pack which is 500 MB/ Month and on My Number 8129925566 and when i used 514.07 MB They barred my out going call facility . Because of that i missed a Big Business Deal .
1.They Never asked me about a advance payment
2.When i activated 500 MB pack No one told me that i cant use 515 MB .
They Might Have 1000 internal system reasons . as a customer i suffered Badly

I am using DOCOMO connection.On 19th june 2012 they deducted Rs 45 from my account for which i did not get any confirmation sms. on 21 th june i noticed it and called there customer care number but no one picked up the call. on 22.6.2012 i called back again and this time they picked up the call and i tell them the details. After analyzing there system they informed me that, Rs 45 was deducted from my account for activating a caller tune which was activated by me by dialing a toll free number. But the fact is i did not dial any of such number. So i told them to provide me the number which i dialed, then they told me as it was a toll free number so they are unable to trace the number and also confirmed me that as i lodge the complain after 48 hours so they are unable to refund me the amount.
please help me what to do to get my balance back.
