I have given a order in Homeshop18 [30th april 2014 ORDER ID-944108599] for cloth [salwar] with colour choice with cotton fabric but when I got this it was polyester and different colour also. then I requested to return it [according rules]. once I checked my homeshop account in 16th may and I found return pick up failed due to unavailability of person. I surprised, because that whole day I was in home and in front of laptop for vote counting/ election results. when again I called them and told them nobody has called me for return pick up? when you people came and could not find me when I am presented whole day from 8.30 to 12 AM? they told me we did not call you but went for pick up. but you people did not message me also, asked them? they simple told me we will pick up again, dont worry and also will provide you same products. in between 16th may to 3rd June I have been called them more than 7/8 times but no results. but for every time 8 to 15 rupees balance charge has been deducted my mobile balance. many times i have found Homeshop people are coming to delivery its products even asked them manytimes for my pick up but they denied , no information in this regard. today I called them same thing we will pick up. two day before I called them and told me we will pick up withing 1/2 days. nothing. lastly I preferred to give complain in online courts. hope I will get some solution. Thanks.

I also have a very bitter experience with homeshop18. I purchased Nova roti maker from homeshop 18. I called homeshop18 on 28th Sep regarding defective roti maker received. The auto cut off is not working properly and not even a single roti is being getting made out of it. But, the lady representative on phone gave me complaint no. 113448331 and assured that within 48 hrs the representative of homeshop18 will call back. When no one called in next 48 hours, I again called back Homeshop18. This time, the male voice assured me that some one will call soon. But, no one cared about talking to me and providing me the solution. But after 48 hours, when I called homeshop18, the person on phone replied very rudely that a lady named Priya called me somedays back and I said to her that I have no problem with the product.
But, the fact is that I have not received any call from Homeshop18. The rude behaviour of their call centre personals is highly unprofessional on their part. On 3rd Oct, I again registered the complaint as complaint no. 113861475 .In next 48 hours, I again got the sms of status of complaint no. 113861475 as resolved.
Isn’t it strange that homeshop18 resolves the problem without talking to customer and without providing any solution?? I am amazed that Homeshop 18 has no concern for customers once the product is dispatched and money received. Neither thery are interested in refunding back my hard earned money and take back this product as it is defective and useless.
The harrasment continues without any solution. And when I try to provide the review of the purchased product on their site, they don’t publish it and always show the status as ‘pending’. Very clever people indeed!!
As I have already been cheated with Rs 2600/-, I will not recommend any one to shop with HomeShop18 as it will not make you happy happy but full chances are to make you unhappy unhappy..
