This is to inform you that my name is Devendra Singh and i have purchased a car ( Honda Amaze smt ) no DL 4C NC 9760 from Ring Road Honda , Sugoi Motors PvtLtd 21-A Shivaji Marg , New Delhi as first of all they told me to give car at 5pm but it was given it to me at 9:30 pm in dark at basement compound with no demonstration and check list and next dat i saw that the car was having many scratches and the back lite was also cracked . Secondly when i asked them before buying the car that will they give me MRF tyers they said yes but it was with JK tyers . Thirdly when they gave me the RC ( Registration Certificate ) of the car it was having a mistake of my father’s name and when i asked them to correct it he simply refused and said ” jo ukaadna hai ukhaad le nahi karta ” and then said if u will pay Rs 2000/ then it will get corrected . They made a commitment that they will give RTO slip and High Security Number Plate in 2 days as i wanted the car for wedding but afterward they refused and said it will take atleast 15 days so the purpose of purchasing the car was not even solved .
