Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I would like to inform you I have purchase tata photan plus internet device(9227723880) on date 20/7/2012 from company office at Mundra(Gujarat)and submitted all required documents.Now this company is neither giving me connection nor returning my money.
Therefor I request you please to look into the matter and do the needful.
