Dear Sir this is to bring to your notice thatRaj air Conditioning Shalimar Garden the authorised service centre for Samsung has cheated us . The initial total estimate given for change of condenser coil & gas recharging for window AC was quoted as ₹4400 by them . But later on for the same job without doing any extra work / repair the service centre incharge Alam is cheating by asking for ₹6500 .
Moreover after repeated calls again to service centre head Alam & telling him that we will pay all the amount he is still not delivering the AC . It has been 5 days now in this heat without an AC.
A lot of complaints have been posted on the social network sites against Mr alam of Raj air Conditioning previously also. I dont know what he has done to our AC . I hope that after posting the complaint here some action will be taken and save all other innocent customers
