Cheating & fraud. No insurance letter is provided even after the Insurance money has been charged.

This Company is a total fraud.
I paid this company Rs 43000 on 22nd May 2015, to relocate my goods from Ghaziabad to Hyderabad.
they charged Rs 4500 on the name of Insurance and I have not been provided any Insurance cover / letter ever.
There is lot of damage in my goods during transportation and they drove my car from Delhi to Hyderabad, instead of bringing this in a carrier.
They have ruined everything I gave them to Relocate.
There is one foolish man Somvir Singh and he talks like SHIT.
He abused me and threatened me that he will never return my CAR and that he will do this and that, even after I told him that I am recording his statements and every conversation over the phone, which I actually did.
He returned my CAR in a really bad shape after using it for 2700 Kms and also the Fog Light is missing.
They got there full payment and now I am suffering a big loss.
