Myself (Sachin Agrawal) have been a victim of cheating, fraud, forgery of signature, mental trauma and abuses from Angel Packers Pvt Ltd (website: http://www.angelpackers.com/).

I have shifted from Pune to Mumbai on 29th Aug through Abhishek Singh (so called co-ordiantor but is an absolute cheat and fraud person) and paid them 18000 rupees. I can provide the invoice and other documents required. Contact Number of Abhishek Singh is 09595460600. Culprits involved in this cheating are Abhishek Singh and Mukul (so called admin who is an absolute cheater and unprofessional too).
Contact number of Mukul is 020-65330600. They even went to the extent of forging my signature and should be put behind the bars in jail.
Please find below the cheating and fraud done :-
1) Cheating of octroi charges: I was being charged Rs 3500 for octroi which is not applicable in Thane since Thane Octroi has already closed long ago.
Since I travelled with the vehicle, I am aware that this amount was never paid anywhere and they do not have any receipts. I have invoice stating that Angel took Rs 3500 from myself for Octroi). I had asked many times that I will pay for whatever the Octroi is since I am travelling with vehicle but they blatantly refused since they wanted to cheat.
On trying to contact Angel Packers and Movers, Abhishek Singh and Mukul are giving no proper response and do not have receipts either. These fraudsters should refund my hard earned taken through cheating and fraud taken in the name of Octroi. Also, since Thane blocks heavy vehicles till 10, I requested to take through Mulund and
driver refused saying that they don’t want to pay any octroi. Driver Pappu confirmed that To save Octroi , We travel through Thane and don’t have to pay anything, inspite of taking from customer.
2) Cheating of Insurance claims I had taken insurance of goods and many of times including costly ones such as my wall piece costing Rs 8000/- , double bed, tata sky dish, lots of small items
etc damaged by these fraudsters in shifting. The packaging of these fraud company was absolutely pathetic and most of the cartons were absolutely torn till they reached Mumbai with
a lot of damages (See point # 5 below). Its been 6 weeks and they are not resolving. They keep telling we will provide an update in 3-4 days. I tried repeatedly and very hard but they have now stopped responding without any resolution. They don’t even respond to basic questions such as what is the name of insurance company, have you forwarded the request to insurance company, etc. They took for insurance and now shrugging away from claims. Such a shameful act. I have the email records as well as SMS records of conversations.
3) Forgery of Signature :- After the goods were delievered in damaged condition, the driver who was handling did not took my signature on any of the papers and just went away. Fraudster
Abhishek and Mukul were informing that they have received the sheet stating Received OK with my signature. When I mentioned that I have never Signed on any document after goods were received and that you provide me a copy of that sheet then Abhishek and Mukul agreed that the driver had fraudently signed my signature which is a crime. These fraudsters should be put behind the bars.
4) Labourers not provided to pick stuff in Mumbai :- Was promised of 4 labours but only 1 labour was present at Mumbai in the night at 1 AM when vehicle reached. I and my brother had to pick up stuff in 1 AM. What kind of Movers and Packers Business is this. Still, this is like a trauma of me and my brother having to pick stuff including the bulky ones like refrigerator. I was continuously calling Abhishek regarding this why there are no labourers and he had no answer and kept fooling me.
5) Absolute pathetic packing and hooliganism , delayed till midnight :- Packing team was absolutely unprofessional, did not had any clue what to do and asking us what we should do. Packaging material was of sub-standard quality and all the cartons were torn with the stuff lying inside the vehice. I have witnesses to prove this.
Firstly, they came 3 hours late at 11.30 AM and they took 5.5 hours to pack which is ridiculous as I was promised 2-2.5 hours. Nobody was listening to us and we felt like stuck.
Because of this delay, vehicle left at 5 PM and we were so delayed for leaving from Pune. These idiots then without informing us stopped vehicle in between and loaded 2 bikes which
was shocking. When I objected, they mentioned it will happen this way only. This was absolute hooliganism as we were told that the vehicle is separately reserved for us.
Should anyone be paying these hooligans 18000 for such a fraud and unprofessional services !!! These hooligans should be stopped immediately from doing this fraud business.
I request a very urgent investigation into this case by highest authority of Consumer forum and also investigate the illegal activities of this company. Also, I need refund of octroi, claim of damages
and they should pay back for all the mental trauma suffered because of these fraudsters.
