Cheating, Fraud and fake promises and refunding total amount

Aakash Institute, Kukatpally, Hyderabad- Cheating, Fraud and fake promises My son have taken admission in Second Step Course for JEE(Main & Advance)  2015 (weekend batches) at Aakash Institute, Kukatpally branch . At the time of admission, I have deposited an amount of Rs: 28315.00 vide cash Receipt No.: 053/Reg./N20140000550 dated on 30/06/2014. My son attended only two classes and was not satisfied by the teaching. Hence he did not attend the classes thereafter. After consulting the counsellor and branch Manager, we decided to cancel the admission. I have given the written statement for cancellation of my son admission on dated 07/07/2014. The Branch Manager assured to refund the amount. They were suppose to refund an amount of Rs.: 28315.00, but the institute refund an amount of Rs.: 8090.00 by check dated 14/08/2014 HDFC Bank Ltd. But the Balance amount of Rs.: 20225.00 is pending. I humble request you to take action against Aakash Institute and refund my balance amount with interest.
