INABILITY TO PROVIDE HD SET TOP BOX – REQUEST TO RETURN RELIANCE SET TOP BOX AND ACCESSORIES – acct no 1248019588
I had raised mail request on 20 Nov to nodal officer -Tatasky explaining in detail of my grievance ie ( forcing me to wait till 3 months for upgrading to HD set top box) which was not told / communicated to me at the initial stage while taking over my connection from Reliance big tv
The reply given by nodal officer is irresponsible and unprofessional ON 21 Nov intentionally and carefully the above fact ( non communication) is omitted /sidelined while request for returning the old set top box is not even heard/ ignored.
Submitted to concern kind intervention as this planned cheating ( non communication of 3 months waiting period) / forcible retention by Tatasky and non return of old -Reliance set top box ) is not acceptable to me.
