I came across this Individual running his jewelry making shop under the name of laksmi Ganes casting Chandni Chowk, at Cheera Khana, Delhi -6 . He sits on the first and second floor of the building. He smartly interchanges low quality diamonds with the high quality diamonds which he gets from the showroom owners to makes jewellery. He then uses those high quality diamonds on making ornaments which he gifts to his wife and daughter. He is among a few jewellery makers who has made a fortune by stealing, evading tax and cheating people under the garb of jeweller making. He has been doing it for several years now. He has also bought several properties under different names which he may have not declared. He is being helped by a CA, whom he pays a lot for evading tax. His name is Sukumar Adak from “Lakshmi Ganes” casting at Chandni Chowk, Gali Matawali, Cheera Khana, Delhi – 6. Also, he is evading tax and most of his properties have not been shown under tax purview as he is helped by a CA to whom he pays rupees 20, 000 a year. So, if his income is 6 lakh a month, it will be shown as 1.5 lakh. In 2015, he invested over 30 lakh on buying new properties in West Bengal and also contemplating buying a few more in Delhi/NCR. Kindly look into this as individual like him creates nuisance of tax burden on those righteous people who pay their income tax on time. He is currently staying at Shakarpur (Upadhayay Block) U-108 on first floor.
