I had booked a can for 10th november morning well before on 5th november itself.
I got a confirmation message and called them back the next day just to confirm my ride as I had booked t through their app using a groupon coupon which was their marketing strategy just to make money and cheat customers.
I paid the amount before hand and got a coupon code which I used to book my cab.
They sent me a message saying I would be getting the driver details just before 15 min of the departure time which itself is quite annoying.
At the said pickup time since I did not get any message from them I called their customer care as I was in an emergency. They put me on hold for sometime and informed me they were No cabs available at that time.
It is very annoying that even after booking the cab 4 days before the journey date they give such stupid and irresponsible replies which in no way is pardonable.
If they cant provide the cab they must inform it before a day minimum so that we can plan out some other option.
Without even having a good fleet of cars they come up with very low price offers and invest more on marketing making life of customers horrible.
I want strict action against Taxi for sure and want my groupon money refunded by them.
My booking ID is TFS-PP-C4404908.
There are many complaints of the same stature on their facebook page and they reply we are trying to increase our fleet of cars for almost every complaint. Are they professional enough to match customer needs is far from reality
