Cheating customers by sending wrong products

Name of company/service: Snapdeal

Snapdeal cheated me by delivering wrong product and later refused to replace the product.
I ordered for a micromax phone from Snapdeal website (order number:900004659) after going through all the details mentioned on the website. The final invoice didn’t mention the colour of the handset and this is how I have been tricked. The website clearly shows description for a white phone. Even the cover picture of the pack shows a white phone, but I have been shipped a black phone. On complaining I got the response since nothing has been mentioned about the colour on the website, it becomes their liberty to ship any coloured phone to me .
I feel extremely cheated on being denied the replacement of the phone. On top of it they slap this on me – “no commmitment for images shown on the website”; extremely disgusting.

I request you to kindly initiate the necessary action against the website for cheating the people.
