I have reliance broadband connection and i activated my 2mbps plan on 18 march and the speed was quite low then promised, i called customer care and they told me that i am getting minimum speed and this was due to some technical outage and told me that it would be resolved on 25 march and again on 26 march i called them and asked the problem was still there and asked for complaining about the problem but they refused taking my complaint as this was a technical issue all over India would be resolved on 31st march but still the issue continued and yet again i made another attempt on 5 April called customer care and now they say another week or few day and waited now they sent me a bill of 1500 rs by including both previous 1mbps and new 2mbps thunder plan and i getting even lower speed than 1mbps, then still with the problem on today 12 April i again called them asking for solution but they are saying they still have technical outage and will be resolved on 20 April.
I am frustrated with this service and i am unhappy with this plan as i have not even seen the 2mbps speed in my computer and paying more than what i am getting.
