Since the date of my purchase of samsung trend, i have been facing multiple issues. I have visited service centres many times and has called customer care around 100 times but with no positive results. Each time they assure that problem wont occur again but its always the same. Now these guys are trying to keep delaying my issues so that my warranty gets over. They have also changed my battery in service centre and given a duplicate broken battery to me for which i caught them but later cooperated with them.
Knowing that my issues are a part of manufacturing defect, they are trying to post pone it so that they dont have to replace it.
I am really frustrated by calling them, mailing, visiting service centres etc.
Please help me out.
