Cheating customers

Location/place: VASHI,MUMBAI

Name of company/service: TIKONA BROADBAND SERVICE

I had paid 1800 Rs. for new connection to Tikona sales executive on 07/06/2012. they said I’ll get connection within 72 hrs but till now I did not get anything. I called them for more than 10 times still no response. I even registered complaint in Tikona customer service center still no response.I’m having bill receipt also. They are cheating customers. kindly take action upon them.
