CHEATING CUSTOMER WHILE DELIVERING THE VECHICLE

Name of company/service: HERO SHOWROOM

I PURCHASED ONE HERO IMPULSE ON 11.6.2012 MONDAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID ON 10.6.12 SUNDAY RS. 87500/-. THEY SAID THAT THE VEHICLE WILL BE DELIVERED IN THE EVENING. WE WENT AT 5PM BUT DELIVERED ONLY AT 6PM. WE ARE NOT EXPERTISED IN THE CHECKING THE VEHICLE AND WE TOOK THE BIKE WITHOUT PROPER CHECKING. WHEN I BROUGHT TO THE OFFICE SOME OF OUR FRIENDS NOTICED THAT THE BIKE FRONT MUD GUARD DAMAGED AND PAINTED AND CRUSH GUARD IS SCRATCHED. I TOOK BACK THE BIKE TO SHOWROOM AND SHOWED THEM, BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE MISTAKE. BUT THE OWNER AND WORKER SAID THAT NO MISTAKE FROM OUR SIDE AND NOT READY TO LISTEN TO OUR REQUEST. SIMPLY THE OWNER IS TELLING GO TO COURT IF YOU WANT, WHEN I SAID I WILL GO TO CONSUMER FORM. HE IS LIST BOTHERED TO LISTEN TO OUR CLAIM. THIS IS THE SITUATION FOR THE CUSTOMER. WE CAME BACK WITH DAMAGED BIKE ON 26.6.2012. KINDLY SOMETHING HAS TO BE DON OR CUSTOMER MUST GO WITH EXPERIENCED PERSONS.
