Hi,
My tata sky subscriber id is 1060120886. As per their policy, if you add any channel to your package, you can drop only after a month. This policy is known to all the customers .I had added star cricket several months ago. Today I got a text message stating that the channel would cost Rs 30 instead of Rs 25 per month. So, I called up the tata sky customer care and asked to drop the channel. They simply denied to drop the channel stating that I will have to continue the channel for at least 1 month as they have revised the price. They told me it seems I was paying less than other customers all these months and hence I must continue for at least a month in this new rate. Such things were never communicated to me. Also, when I asked him(his name was Supriya) to escalate the matter or take a written complaint. He simply said he cannot take any complaint.
It’s not a matter of Rs 5 but its simply cheating the customers at their own will which is not acceptable
