Cheating a customer by charging huge bill

Hi I am using Airtel as my network from past 4 and half year (postpaid) . I use the data plan of 99/- of 1GB (2G network).My billing date is from 19th to 20th of month. In the month of december by 12th i got a message stating

” Mobile internet usage on your airtel mobile 9840045283 as on 12-Dec-2015 is approx 2213MB against 2048MB of built-in data.Charges as per your usage:Rs 2532.For uninterrupted services, please pay Rs 2532.To pay now,visit www.airtel.in “

I have immediately disabled my data and called customer care and raised a complaint . I have clearly asked why was i not intimated before or when the data plan is about to complete? and answer was rudde and they just said they will investigate. I was waiting for thier response. Since data is needed to me i have immediately activated 3G of 1GB data @250/-

There was no response from airtel any . and later suddenly i got a message stating i need to pay a bill of 8900/- where it was very shocking to me. Below are the bill details:

My complete charges:
1 Internet usage of 2G : 99
2 Internet usage of 3G : 250
2 Monthly charges : 475.90
3 Usage charges Call charges : 276.70
Value added services : 47.60
Service charge 936.77
Taxes 1,007.84
internet usage 5478.7

I have approcahed them immediately and asked why was the bill this much and asked the answer was the bill is valid. I really can’t understand one thing
1.why didnt they intimated a customer when the data is about to excced?
2. Atleast why didnt they informed customer after data plan completed via sms or mail?
3. They have informed me when i spoke with manager of airtel why didnt they intimated me . answer was they cannot be 100% assurance for message. then how come they just charge a customer without any request from customer just like that a huge amount?
4. it was intially informed as 2532 and later suddenly it reached to 5478/- i dont know how?

Its completely fraud on cutomers of postpaid.. In mail chain of 20 to 30 back and forth mails ran between me and airtel network, but they are ready to understand my concern even and just replying the copy paste of my bill amount… and shocking think to me is they are dropping me a mail what ever the MB usage they want one time 200MB of exccess data and other time like 300MB and later 400 and 600MB .. i have every mail proof.

I donno why they are charging 1000/- of tax and 936 of service charge.

I am a middle class girl , i donno why these people are cheating a loyal customer like this. and the reply over calls and mails are very rude..

I was frustrated and disgusted with thier response. I really hope this issue will be resolved from your end atleast. How do a normal middle class people live if people charges like this ?

I found that an additional usage of 314.94 MB over and above the free data limit led to charges of Rs.5478.7 /- billed on your account.

Free MB as per plan: 2286.93 MB

Excess Usage in MB: 314.94 MB

Total data charges @ 08 paise/10 KB: Rs.5478.7 /-

I have dropped a multiple mails but they are not even responding to my mails. Please help in this. not only me many like me are suffering.
