Sir/Madam,
I have paid Rs.3090 for HD+ (HD and Recording remote) on 20-Apr-13 by IVR method using my HDFC credit card, the set-top box installed on 22-Apr-13 with a normal remote instead of record-able remote.
So, I have raised the below compliants in Airtel DDTH customer care.
(1). 29992724
(2). 30026879
(3). 30082450
Also I talked with two senior persons the interaction ID details are given in below:
(1). 405056152 (Ms. Nandini)
(2). 405671523 (Ms. Abitha)
So far, the issue is not yet resolved, I have not yet received the record-able remote.
I am so tiered to call customer care again and again. The another big irritate is, once I registered a complaint, within two days, I am receiving SMS as my issue has been resolved without get my confirmation.
