CHEATING CUSTOMER

Location/place: HYDERABAD

Name of company/service: RELIANCE NET CONNECT

I have purchased the Net connect last month from Reliance web world for 3.1Mbps.
At the time of purchasing the product the sales executive informed me that the speed of internet will be 3.1 Mbps for complete 3 months. But i never got that speed and after 3 days of use it degraded to 200 kbps (max). then i loged a complain to reliance customer service about the wrong information and my speed problem. Reliance customer service took the complaint, I called back to customer care after 30 days to know the complaint status and found that the complaint is closed by giving the resolution that “customer is later informed about the tarrif plan and the complaint is closed”.
I have complained about the wrong information given to customer and beleiving that the cunstomer purchases the product, but there was no action taken on it and my complaint was simply closed.

I m not sure how many more customers reliance web-world will cheat. I NEED THIS TO BE STOPPED.
