Name of company/service: Reliance Communications
The details stated that the pack is valid for 30days for usage of GPRS of 1GB. But when i recharged it i received a sms stating the pack has been activated and is valid for a period of 15days. Upon calling your customer care i was told that the pack is valid for 15days only and if i need to lodge a complaint i need to log in at www.rcom.co.in and make required complaint.I would like to have this issue sorted and make it clear from the part of your team as to why such discrepancy arose and what are its remedial measures.I feel cheated and acted upon the data as provided on your site. This is clearly a misrepresentation of facts from your site and this is too grave an issue.
