Cheating by complain against claim AMOUNT submitted

I had submitted CLAIM MEDICAL BILLS AGAINST my BOTH knee joint replacement surgery for Rs 5,80,000/- but to my surprise I was given
Rs 1,54,000/- ONLY against my Hospital Care Policy No.065177553
My permissible amount PER year is Rs 4,00,000/- ‘ Kindly ask COMPANY to release the balance AMOUNT due to me against my Hospital claim .
