Cheating by Vodafone

Location/place: Penukonda/Anantapur/Andhra Pradesh

After recharging 2G dataplan, i got a message that my dataplan was activated. when i used internet after that i came to know that my balance has been deducted for using internet. On checking with customer care that, it will take one hour to activate dataplan even though you might receieve SMS (stating the plan is activated).
