We purchased videocon d2h satellite box on December 2010; On the same month they provided us the connection. But from about three months from now they are intentionally disrupting their service.When first we complained about that, they sent us two service-persons to our home, who after making tight slightly the dish-screws, said everything is ok; no-longer any problem will arise. But the problem increased day by day instead of being diminished. We complained again and again by e.mail, but all our trials were in vain. Now almost throughout the day, they are not providing any service, where we are sure our apparatus(satellite box) is completely ok. Not a single day extra they provide us any service when recharge time comes; but after recharging, they are cheating us in this way. Please take necessary steps.
