cheating by the name of unlimited internet service offers

Sir.
I am using idea mobile service. Recently I got many sms regarding unlimited internet service from idea for 5 rupees. I even cross checked with the customer service for the guarantee of the offer of unlimited internet service for 5 rupees. After full confirmation from customer service, I took a chance to activate the so called exciting offer. After activation, to my utter shock I got an confirmation sms from idea saying that ” You have recharged Rs 5. Enjoy Free 50 MB till the expiry date 29.03.2013.” After this I spoke to customer care regarding this cheating of providing only 50MB in place of unlimited internet service. I did not got a satisfying answer from them. My concern here is not loosing five rupees but getting cheated soo cheaply even after so much of alert and cross verification. I here by request to you to provide me the justice and take action against this kind of fraudulent activities by mobile service provider on common peoples.
