Cheating By SnapDeal

I have Purchase the Laptop Make-Toshiba from Snapdeal.com order no-703239358 date-27/8/2012 i got the Laptop Delivered on 30/08/2012 through the acency-Spinel Tradecom Pvt.Ltd.when i opened the Laptop it was found that not working at all so as per commitment at the time of booking that in case of any fault within 48hrs the product will be replace by Snapdeal.com i infromed them about the fault and replacement of the same since i have to gift this laptop on 2/9/2012.Now the snapdeal people called me and told to get some DOA from Toshiba which they never told at the time of sale so i refused to go anywhere since my product warranty is onsite,So they adiviced me to corrirer the same back and they will get it replaced to me with new one which i did on 31/08/2012 through Blue Dart AWB NO-58166475010 and the laptop was recieved by them on 1/09/2012 and now since the i am calling them to know the status but these people are not replying to me and to whome i speaks once never comeback again and i again again have to speak to new person and have to tell all the story again. i have given full payment through credit card in advance and now i dont have my product with me and nothing is there i am wasting my money in calling them and they never bother to call they make all the false commintment.

Please help me to get my payment back since i didnt want to have any relation with Snapdeal People.

    I’m one of the victims of this Spinel Tradecom Pvt. Ltd. It appears that all the products ordered through Snapdeal are faulty n also seems that this Online Trading Company is doing it as a Scandal and assumes that customers r fools to believe for a long time. I ordered a COD for a Micromax Funbook Infinity and received it on 5th April 2013. When we switched it on, therez a Glary display and it did not proceed further… I don’t know abt the return policy mentioned on it or not… But, in chaos. No response as usual from Snapdeal Customer Care Numbers … This is my second product that’s faulty (the earlier one being Scomp Techno tab new – with its Touch screen not functioning at all since it arrived) and no response to my earlier mails n reviews with Snapdeal. They just want to showcase and announce proudly as India’s best Online shopping mall, rather I suggest it should be changed as India’s Worst Online Shopping mall.. If they are committed to Ethical business, I suggest them to bother about the customer complaints, otherwise they may have to face the consequences. I strongly suggest everyone not to have any further purchases online especially from Snapdeal until and unless they promise for a faulty product replacement or a Quality Control Check / Product Audit before it is being disptached.

  3. All the friends told above about snapdeal was 101% wrong.
    snapdeal is good company. i always purchase from their site.
    Refund process easily.
