Cheating by Rediff online shopping site by not shipping the product

Name of company/service: Rediff Online Shopping

Hi Sir/Madam,

I had placed an order for Tupperware product with order id: 8090155 on 6th of June.They have shipped the product on 16th of June.However, it was wrong product being shipped. Hence , after a week of follow up with Rediff customer care they have informed me to ship the product to the Vendor Address(Pporna Super Market, No.36, Chinnamani Street, Jawahar Nagar, Thirumangalam, Madurai, TN)through courier. I had sent back the product through DTDC courier(number: B00318615).But till date i have not received with any confirmation either by e-mail or by call.This is a fruad online shopping site with fraud vendors as their dealers.Please take necessary actions against them.
