felt cheated and ignored. helpless. Owner was cooperative.I found him nice as he was talking but i guess i was wrong as i was cheated and not helped just for sake of some money. I ordered for 35 paper printouts he suggested me to do canvas. I sat for nearly 3 hours for the file correction to get good prints as it was for our new house. I went out for some work as i have to catch train in night. When i came back he gave me roll without cutting.
I took it and next morning when i opened roll all the printouts were light hardly visible. All of my family members said no need to get this framed and that i have wasted my money on this. I called Mr.Guddu next day and he said his elder brother expired to which i said sorry and disconnected phone thought that this is not the right time to talk.
Today after 13 days i called him and explained him he said ” BHAIYA MAIN KUCH NHI KAR SAKTA, ITS YOUR FAULT” I visited him for paper printouts and not canvas one when he is suggesting something on canvas as expert he should be aware that quality will get deteriorate.
He said he didnot charged GST etc. the point is why he fooled me for canvas and light printouts i was layman and he was expert. I gave him option that you can cut your costing and reprint it for some addon money.
He refused and said “KUCH NAHI HO SAKTA” We were planning to give him more work from our company due to his friendly nature but i guess he doesnt need or care for anything ,relations or anything. very disheartening thing. it is because of him i was unable to put any frames in my new house and my family member joked on work i got done from him.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN RAIPUR WITH KASAR FLEX AND DIGITAL PRINT. FEEL CHEATED AND DISHEARTENED.
