Had purchased a wardrobe in Jan 2013. It was delivered and assembled on 4 Feb 2013. At the time of assembling, 1 frame turned out to be broken which was communicated to the office by the assemblers and an immediate replacement and fitting was promised. The frame was delivered within then next 2 weeks. However, its been over 3 months now and no one turned up for fitting the frame. Repeated calls (over 25-30 calls) to Housefull Assembly and Complaints (complaint no: 338/0313/1016) have not helped. Only false promises is what i have received from Ms. Jyoti and Mr. Ram from the complaint department that the service would be provided in next 3 days (which has now been over 3 months). Request help to address this issue. I am disgusted with the service from Housefull and do not think i will ever go back to Housefull for any purchase and would suggest the same to all my known aquantainces. Housefull Furnite service is HORRIBLE, PATHETIC and so are the staffs who are no better than FRAUDS and LIARS.
