I have paid in advance 5000-/( 3000-/ by cheque) against the work of new website. He promised to complete the work of 30 days… till now is has not complete the same work…when i remind him time to time why are u not completing the work he again and again promise to complete the work with in week but all in vain now the 6 month has been past he unable to do so..
