Cheating by Caba Innovatives’ director Naveen Kapur

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Caba Innovatives Pvt. Ltd.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I want to register a complaint of cheating against a person – Naveen Kapur (MD/Owner of Caba Innovatives). My wife enrolled for a course run by Caba Innovatives (which is located in Naveen Kapoor’s house at House umber 1984, Sector 45 Gurgaon), but, despite making full payment (I’ve cheque details) he didn’t commenced course properly i.e no teacher hired despite making lot of request and no study material was provided. He promised to return fees, but, after certain time he started avoiding my calls. I left a note at his home but he didn’t responded. I sent him a SMS stating that I’ll file police complaint but he still he is not responding.

For your information, previously also Naveen Kapoor was arrested on 25 August 2002 for software piracy (ref – http://www.financialexpress.com/news/md-arrested-for-software-piracy/56991/). Naven Kapur’s contact number is – 9811 633307

Please help.

Thanks,
Devendra

  1. Dear Mr Devindra Rawat

I believe the complaint is totally false. It is unfortunate that you and your wife feel this way.
We at Caba Innovatives had been trying our level best to support our candidates in every way we could.
Let me clarify few things before you decide to justify our reputation.
    1) To begin with the number of leaves taken by the candidate during the core training were high due to illeness and illness of her child
    2) Special trainers were invited on select dates which were clearly informed to the candidate, which she constantly failed to attend for 2 weeks – reason provided was that she was out of station
    3) A new trainer was hired and proper feed back from other students were taken and measured and was providing training to the candidate on special timings from 11 PM to 5 PM for constantly 30 days
    4) After 30 days the candidate informs the institute of her husband’s (that is yourself) posting out of town and now suddenly unhappy of the trainers qualification/skills

What I believe is that due to sudden posting of your job and having to move the family made you come to the decision for asking a refund. And the best excuse was to blame the trainer and his skill sets.
Over the past few months we conducted special classes on Sundays as well and other students did appear to attend the classes and adopt the necessary skills, but I believe the candidate had the problem attending Sundays too.

Now my questions to you is simple.
After providing 30 days of constant training at the end of her classes and giving her time from morning to evening, what could have stopped her from complaining in 5-10 days about the skills of the trainer?

Either the candidate was waiting for the end of session and end of time period in the city or simply did not want to clarify things before hand.
    The candidate was given;
    1) special privileges to attend extra classes without charge
    2) Was provided more number of days on each software to understand the software whereas it was easy for others to proceed faster.
    3) The schedules were stretched as per her convenience
    4) The candidate had been given heavy discounts on the day of joining
    5) The candidate was as well offered a paid part time job in another company on the basis of her skills
    6) The candidate was provided a official slip/receipt that clarifies no-refund policy
    7) The candidate was provided 2 WEEKS of FREE Advanced training before joining
    8) The candidate was still offered to take special classes on Sundays (for which the institute was ready to pay to separate instructors just for her to get the best of training) which was totally ignored.

Dear Sir, if by ignorance or by choice, you simply do not want to credit the institute for all these provisions and want to discount the expenses already incurred for the above training to your wife.
I can only ask you to take the matter further into the courts and let the legal authorities provide justice to the right person.

    Naveen
