cheating by Airtel Organisation

I have purchased Samsung Champ Deluxe Duos mobile set from a store near vijayanagar Bangalore on 04.06.12 for Rs.4500/-. On the box of the mobile Airtel has advertised that free 2GB data usage are available for 1 month.But since I have purchased this handset,Airtel has not provided me the offer and after contacting them several times personally they are saying that I have to see the store people regarding this and when I contacted the store person they are showing the Airtel office to get the connection.In this way,these people are playing.The airtel people are saying that they are not at all aware of this free offer. Then recharge successful but no offer .
Credit my account customer told just cool for 3 days 1.20 paisa per seconds ….froude company airtel don’t belive this is cheating , why told this is no offer but him account 249 credit but me loose 249 no use I thing this is theft equal so please car full customer thayavu are cheating only consumer
