I book ticket form abhibus.com on 10 January 2017 form Indore to Jalgaon.(by Dharival Travel) This pickup spot is Rajendra nagar, Indore on 10 January at 9.45 PM. I am present on pickup spot at 8.30 pm. But bus not come on this pickup point.when i am contact abhibus costumer care center. that time there executive not attend proper way. they disconnect phone three time. in four attempt they register my compliant. my compliant item id is 531109 that time there executive say, we solve this compliant within 24 hour. and we taken action against operator. after that i am contact they there executive say, operator are accept there mistake. we refund your money within 5 yo 7 days. but till date they are not refund any amount also not given any compensation. After that on 18 January i am contact again abibus customer care. but again they say we are working on this issue. Now till date they not refund any amount.
