CHEATING.. OVER BILLING
This is regarding the complaint of overbilling / pathetic customer care of easyday store located at Gaur Green City, Ground Floor, Block No. A & B, Plot No. 8, VaibhavKhand, Indirapuram, Gaziabad, UP.
I did shopping from easyday on April 25, 2015 vide their Invoice / Receipt No. 1368003030025 at 20:40 hrs.
After reaching home when I started cross checking the bill with the items I purchased I was shocked that one of the product ‘KEYA CHICKEN TIKKA K BARCODE 8901968334140 Qty 2 was billed to me at price Rs. 150.00 that total cost Rs. 300.00 while this product come with introductory OFFER Rs. 25.00 OFF
I also came to know there is special 30% off on MRP the same product by easyday on that particular day.
I had to go to the store next day to show the bill and then some other person met me who posed himself to be the Manager of store.
After great discussion my product which was billed for Rs. 300/- while as per offer on product it will cost Rs. 250/- and refund Rs. 50/- but the manager refused to give me the special 30% off on MRP by easyday on that particular day.
This is a matter of great concern the product are also being sold at a price higher then the MRP printed on them. Through this mail I request you to kindly take appropriate action to save the consumer’s right and save them from being over billed or cheated and also instruct the manger to settle my account.
