Cheating and misguiding the customers by the customer care centre

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Airtel

Dear Customer Forum,

I am holding an airtel number from last two years in Delhi. Now i am relocated to mumbai and wish to continue the same number due to the reason of having all the contacts with this number.

As i have checked with the airtel customer care in mumbai they guided me to recharge it for a top up of 29 Rs so that the roaminmg charges will not be there. I have done like this and there was no benefit and i tried to contact the delhi customer care centre 09810198101. They hear the complaint in detail and asking me that they can put our call on hold and later disconnecting the call. This was the game continued for atrleast 10 times. Almoast 100Rs was spent on that calls without any result resulting the frustation. When i am trying gto recharge the roaming charges on their website it is getting regretted to recharge.

I am resally srprising how this people are really going to get survived without having any shame and couteasy for providing the services to the clients.

I don’t kbnow who will take action on them. I really pitty on Mr. Manoj Kohli if he is unable to manage his people in the same way and convincing himself as he is in profits he is in a sinking ship with no more time his entire business will get windoff.
