cheating and harrasment by indiatoday book club

sir,i had receieved few mails from india today book club regarding multiple offers.I responded to one and they started calling me many times to take this offer.I choose to pay by credit card and i paid.I had ordered one nokia mobile 3500,and i was offered two free gifts along with it.one air ticket worth Rs 7000 and holiday packageworth 5000.An amount of rs 5498 was deducted from my credit card and I got my phone around 30 days back.But interestingly i am yet to get my free gifts and even not responding to my mail and phone call.even they abruptly stopped sending me any offer on my mailfrom that day,which i used to get every day.It is painful and open cheating.please help me

Dear Sir,
Like you, I am a consumer who has been cheated by ITBC, and I
am writing to as many people who have complained on the
Consumer Complaints (India) website, as possible.
I propose that we jointly take legal action against the
fraudulent practices o this company, which range from non-
delivery of goods, to non-refund o payments, to false promise
of big winnings.

I believe it is time we got together to do something about
this menace, and make the government realise that people are
being cheated in every manner by this firm.
