Dear sir, I purchase a smartphone from whaaky.com but when I received it . The phone is not functioning and it’s totally dead. Then I call their customers support but no answer. Then I do email them regarding such a useless product sent to me. Then they asking to send pictures of the product. I do sent according to their demands. Then they decided to give me refund through NEFT . Then I furnished the details for money transfer. Upon enquiring for refund on 17th May they have told me it will be refunded on 8 to 10 business Day .I suppose to get refund by today. But until now I didn’t get my refund and they emailed me that it will be refunded on June 30th. I really feel cheated and disappointed that why I have ordered on whaaky.com. AND I m pretty sure that this is fooling and cheating thousand of customers every day.
Hope you should take proper action on them.
