As per the explanation given by Mr RAM NARESH, an exicutive in Andal Home Villa at Yaparal I paid token amount on 23 Sep 2011 and still on date(27 Jul 12) I havn’t received the sales aggrement and construction agrrement as he promised before receving the amount. Further Mr Ram Naresh is keep on asking collecting money from the customers for one or other reason but there is no accountability and management is not taking any action on the complaint submitted by us. As of now I am in loss of 4 lakh rupees and the building at priliminary stage. Can anybody help me to recover the loss and get full refund of the amount which I had deposited?
