Aircel, probable the worst complaint in terms of network, started cheating the consumer by providing them incomplete information. I bought 2 Aircel sim cards where I was promised 250 mb data for 4 months with a condition for minimum recharge of 30/ month. However since I have a billing alternative I didn’t need to recharge the Aircel sim. However i recharged it just after a few days. Still i haven’t received the 250 data pack for the second month. On calling the service center they say that you have to recharge exactly on the 30th day after you buy the ticket or else you wont be given the benefit. thus if you miss even by a day, nothing for you anymore. This seems to be a small issue to many, but we must understand that this is done with many users and the amount they amassed in total is huge
