Cheating against a t-shirt order.

Location/place: Vadodara

Name of company/service: Fetise – onilne shopping website.

I am attaching the cheating case done with me by www.fetise.com. After ordering a t-shirt of POLO brand as shown me their website I was delivered something else brand – D-Jeans -shirt.
After complaining to send me back my money no-one is replying to my complaints. Pls help and see the following conversation in details to understand the situation.

wat the helll?? how many days i have to be patient?? u only informed when i talked about it .. u dint bother to inform me first. so i dnt wnt to wait any more and wnt my money back today itself. credit the same amount in my account through which i had made payment. did u i said anything of this sort before making payment. y wud i w8 fr so long if i have to pay u on the spot. i cud have paid you when i had got my delivery in my hands. i wnt my delivery in two days or give me my money back. also in future i will make sure to not palce any more orders to you.

i will file a case on you guys as it is getting cheap on your part. making a mistake first at your end then making the customer realise that i have made a mistake to shop on your website is cheap. i have paid you almost a month back and still you are not able to deliver my product. i thought one month would be sufficient and you guys would be efficient to speed up the delivery. but i was wrong to think so high for you. regretting for your mistake is not going to help me. i would have used that amount of money somewhere else instead of wasting at your end. And the level of customer support you are giving is so frustrating and irritating. tell me the exact date for my delivery thn i wil decide to cancel or not.

what the hell is this. could you re-confirm wha ti had ordered for – “A POLO T-SHIRT” not some local made t-shirt which you guys had mailed. you showed on your website and gave the details for cost and size of POLO t-shirt and NOT D-JEANS T-SHIRT. I want you guys to take this matter very urgently and send me the POLO T-shirt Which I had ordered for. I dont want D-JEANS local t-shirt which you had send me yesterday. This is so bloody insane. After waiting for so many days in excitement for a POLO t-shirt you send me some other brand.

This is enough. Re-confirm me the order which i had placed on you. when i was ordering on you it showed POLO t-shirt and not D-jeans t-shirt. And when i paid you the amount it showed D-jeans T-shirt as ordered. you are just playing with sentiments of the innocent customers like us. I have wasted all my money in this order. I could have purchased a better t-shirt in this amount locally.

I am going to complain this to consumer courts and will make sure that you pay to cheat customers like us. This has crossed all the limits of cheating the customers.
