Name of company/service: BIRLA SUNLIFE INSURANCE CO LTD.
I have received policy on 07.02.2013 and submitted the same on 19.02.2013 for Free look, but they reject the same on 21.02.2013 due to late submission (As per them my policy is delivered on 02.02.2013 and they accept policy within 15 days from date of receipt). Actually they have wrongly updated 02.02.2013 instead of 07.02.2013. I have also send them mail attaching online tracking of Blue Dart courier. Still they have neither replied my mail nor back my money in my account.
