I purchased a online shoulder bag from shoppers stop e-commerce,but when i opened the consignment it was damaged.
I called the customer cre executive,he stated that in j&k they have delivery facility or courier bit no pick up facility for the damaged item.
Infact when i told them i cannot visit the courier shop due to my work schedule,they replied that it is not their headache and i have to send it back to their headoffice but as a customer if i m purchasing some item online and the item is damaged the concerned company should arrange the pick up of the consignment bcs it is a mistak on their part but they are refusing the same.requesting you to initiate some response in my favour either the amount should be reimbursed or they should pick up the consignment and get it exchanged,

Why should i pay for 500 rupees or more now for courier or the company who has already cheated.
