Cheating

Location/place: VISAKHAPATNAM

Name of company/service: TIMESJOB

I was lured into paying Rs 2750/- by one Ms Neha form a call centre from Times job, for premium service for job search and was promised a immediate job guarranty with min 30 to 40 % hike. I was allotted a relationship manager Ms Meenakshi Jha, who contacted me by a e mail and promised that she will line up interviews for me. One month has passed since then and I haven’t got even a single interview call through times Job of their reps. Further, despite of regular follow up and mails to the concerned personnel and on company website, I am not getting any reply. The trail mail of my compliants is as follows:-

Hi Neha,

With reference to our telecon, sending you this mail.
Almost a month gone by and I have not yet received a single job opportunity from your side against your promise of 10 to 15, neither the relationship manager who was allotted to me had bothered to revert back.
Refer to the trail mails pasted.
Request look into the matter and do the needful.

1. It is very unfortunate that I have to bring the following issues to your notice:-

3. I request you to take necessary action to stop this ” False Selling ” that is happening from your call centre, under intimation to me.
